Ginisang Toge

Ingredients:
Bean sprouts ( 1/2 lb to 1lb )
Pork 1/4 lb cut into small pieces
Shrimp ( shelled )
Garlic minced 1 tsp
Onions sliced ( 1/4 cup )
Tomatoes sliced
Fried tofu ( diced )
Anaheim pepper 1
Fish sauce ( patis )
Pork buillon ( 1/2 cube )

Directions:
Fry pork until golden and brown.add garlic,onions,and tomatoes. Add boullion and add a little water to help dissolve boullion.add patis,pepper and msg (optional).Add beans sprouts and cook for 5 minutes. Add shelled shrimp and mix until shrimp is cooked (do not overcook shrimp). Add anaheim pepper and mix and serve. This recipe is almost forgotten by a lot of people.It is very easy to cook and very good when served w/ hot steamed rice, fried pork chop or fried fish!
